When learning of Steve Demmings' recent move to Thunder Bay to join the Thunder Bay Community Economic Development Commission as it Founding CEO, well-respected Winnipeg writer, Ryan C. Kinrade wrote in his Internet Blog: "All I can say is that I'm glad he's someone else's problem now. Good riddance!"
